1. On-line booking is suitable for Non-Emergency Ambulance or Medical Transport. For Emergency Ambulance Service, please call 995.

2. Upon making a booking, you agree to allow a 30-45min waiting time.

3. All bookings are subject to availability of ambulances.

4. In the event that no ambulances are available at the required time slot, we will recommend the next earliest time slot at least 1hr prior to the timing required.

5. Please call us directly if you wish to make changes to an online booking. However, an administrative fee (from intermediaries/banks) of $20 will be charged for cancellation of online booking even if it is more than 12hrs in advance. We apologize that we will not be responsible to find another provider or alternative transport options. We will also not be responsible for any further claims arising from this booking or cancellation.
