Driver account information, employment-related information, trip records, dispatch records, location records, application usage logs, and other operational data may be retained for the duration of the user’s employment or engagement with Lentor Ambulance Services and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal, regulatory, audit, contractual, safety, and business requirements.

When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or archived in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Account Management

Driver accounts within the application are created, managed, and controlled by Lentor Ambulance Services. Users cannot independently create accounts within the application.

When a driver’s employment or engagement ends, access to the application may be disabled, suspended, or removed by Lentor Ambulance Services.
